Every citizen, whatever their age or sex, in full possession of their intellectual abilities, as well as their expression, may join the Planetary Union.

Principle 2 – Universal suffrage, mixed-sex representation (one man and one female) for each political unit, and only ‘one designated job’ mandate
The Planetary union promotes encourages within the expression of universal suffrage and ‘only one designated job’ mandate.
Each and every decision, is validated by majority decision – which must be established by ‘private vote’.
The choice of candidate citizens-volunteers who will hold political responsibilities, will be determined by voting ‘by draw’.  Each vote will systematically include the proposed candidates names: a man and a woman (parity).
This fundamental democratic rule establishes the identification, of men and women, voluntary citizens, who are candidates of the local, regional, national and international Planetary Union mandates.
For those who are officially registered, they can be proposed as candidates of institutions, constitutional and legislative bodies, including parliamentary and statutory organisations, and once within these structures, they have to respect the ‘only one designated job’ mandate.

Principle 3 – Unity
In every nation, the Planetary Union has an enduring representation which is structured into regions.
The absence of age limit takes into consideration the innocence and the sensibilities of young people, as well as the experience of seniors.
Human and inter-generational unity inspires the totality of reflections and the resulting actions.

Principle 4 – Planetary Sovereignty
The elected representatives of each and every population will carry out their roles with shared responsibility.  Each one demonstrating parity and mixed-sex obligations, reasoning and wisdom for the sovereignty of the Planet.

Principle 5 – Peace and respect for the individual and for life
The statute of the Planetary  Citizen implies that any comments held, as well as actions taken in combination, will not affect the physical and/or moral integrity of the person(s) or life elements of the biosphere.

Principle 6 – Logic of intelligence and common sense
Thoughts expressed do not take account of political sides or positions.
Religious and sectarian beliefs are respected and relate to symbolic order. These must remain.

Principle 7 – Honesty, banking transparency and Social Security
To protect honesty and integrity, as well as engaging sincere and voluntary individuals, the elected planetary citizens exercising political responsibilities within institutions, constitutional organisation, legislative, statutory and parliamentary bodies, can collect a benefit considered reasonable and decent by voters.
The elected planetary citizens accept checks, and continued control, as natural for their personal enrichment – before, during and after – exercising political responsibility, to ensure banking transparency.
As far as is possible, and according to legislative changes within the executive framework of their work, all private and professional charges at the time may be taken into account by the Union and/or the government, if related.
At the end of the period of political responsibility the Planetary Citizen volunteers are accompanied in the resumption of their activities social and/or professional, so that on no account, in a private capacity, individual, professional and/or family, will they be put in danger.

Principe 8 – Planetary Engagement
The acceptance and complete respect for the  Planetary Charter  and for its Fundamental Principles are a prerequisite to the orientations and decisions engaged in by Planetary citizens.
